关节镜下胸大肌上肌腱固定术治疗单纯肱二头肌长头腱损伤21例效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评估关节镜下胸大肌上肌腱固定术治疗肱二头肌长头腱(LHBT)损伤的手术效果。方法:收集2014年4月至2016年7月在我科行关节镜下胸大肌上肌腱固定术治疗单纯肱二头肌长头腱损伤的21例患者,术前及术后1年评估患者肩关节活动度及功能,功能评分系统包括VAS疼痛评分、生活自理能力(ADL)评分、美国肩肘外科协会(ASES)评分、Constant评分、LHBT评分。结果:21例患者术后1年肩关节主动活动度以及肩关节功能评分较术前均有显著改善。结论:关节镜下LHBT胸大肌上肌腱固定术治疗肱二头肌长头腱(LHBT)损伤的手术效果满意。Objective To evaluate the effect of suprapectoral tenodesis in the treatment of the longhead tendon（LHBT） lesion. Methods A total of 21 patients who accepted arthroscopic suprapectoral te-nodesis between April 2014 and July 2016 were chosen. The visual analogue scale score, activities ofdaily living score, American shoulder and elbow surgeons, Constant score, and LHBT score were as-sessed before and 1 year after the operation. Results Significant improvement was observed in all themeasurements after the operation compared to before the operation. Conclusion The arthroscopic supra-pectoral tenodesis of the LHBT is of satisfactory results.
