摘　　要：GSK3蛋白与进化过程中的激素信号网络和生物、非生物胁迫响应密切关联。GSK3是否在橡胶树JA和ET信号途径起作用尚不清楚。q PCR分析结果表明,机械伤害、Me JA和ET处理上调胶乳中Hb GSK1基因的表达,并且"机械伤害+Me JA"处理的表达水平显著高于机械伤害处理,推测机械伤害通过上调胶乳内源JA含量上调Hb GSK1基因的表达;机械伤害上调胶乳中Hb GSK1基因的表达,表明Hb GSK1蛋白可能参与橡胶树非生物胁迫响应;Me JA和ET处理上调胶乳中Hb GSK1基因的表达,表明Hb GSK1蛋白可能参与橡胶树JA和ET植物激素信号途径的调节。Me JA和ET处理均上调胶乳中Hb GSK1基因的表达,表明JA和ET对Hb GSK1基因的表达的调节具有协同作用。Recent studies have revealed that plant GSK3 proteins are actively implicated in hormonal signalling networks during development as well as in biotic and abiotic stress responses. Whether GSK in rubber trees functions in jasmonates and ethylene signaling is unknown. In this study, a real-time PCR analysis showed that the expression of Hb GSK1 was upregulated by mcchanical wounding, methy jasmonates and ethylene. Moreover, the influence on Hb GSK1 expression of ＂wounging＋methy jasmonates＂ was greater than that of wounding, suggesting that wounding upregulates the expression of Hb GSK1 by facilitates the biosynthesis of endogenesis jasmonates. The change of Hb GSK1 transcript levels in latex indicated that Hb GSK1 protein was involved in abiotic stress responses as well as in jasmonates and ethylene signaling of rubber trees. In addition, JA and ET operate synergistically in regulating Hb GSK1 expression.
