岛屿型区域的工商管理类专业人才培养研究——以海南大学为例

摘　　要：岛屿型区域一直存在引才难与留才难的人才陷阱困境。对海南大学工商管理类专业毕业生的调查发现,只有29.86%的毕业生留在海南工作;30.14%的毕业生认为所学专业知识对实际工作贡献度低于30%。针对毕业生反馈的教学模式过于单一、学生动手实践能力弱、创新能力不足等问题,提出发挥岛屿型区域的比较优势、网络时代的资源共享优势、多元化教学方式的综合优势,切实提高学生的职业素养等人才培养改革建议。Island-type regions have always had talent traps that are hard to find and hard to find. A survey of graduates from business administration majors at Hainan University found that only 29.86% of the graduates stayed working in Hainan; 30.14% of the graduates believed that their professional knowledge contributed less than 30% to the actual work. In response to problems such as overly-skilled teaching models for graduates, weak student hands-on practice skills, and lack of innovative ability, we propose to use the comparative advantage of island-based regions, the advantages of resource sharing in the Intemet age, and the comprehensive advantages of diversified teaching methods to effectively improve students＇ abilities, professional literacy and other personnel training reform proposals.
