摘 要:风化壳淋积型稀土原地浸矿工艺中浸矿液入渗情况直接影响稀土资源的高效开采与利用。基于自制试验装置进行稀土一维垂直入渗试验,溶浸液分别选取清水以及3%硫酸铵溶液,研究了4种不同粒径稀土的累积入渗深度、湿润锋运移速率、入渗率等随时间变化规律。结合工程实际,针对传统Green-Ampt模型假设过于简化而影响计算精度的问题,将入渗稀土层分为饱和层、过渡层和干土层,在分层假设基础上对Green-Ampt模型进行了改进,并结合室内试验结果对改进后的模型进行了验证。结果表明,湿润锋运移速率Green-Ampt改进模型计算值和试验实测值吻合较好,计算精度显著提高,可以有效地模拟风化壳淋积型稀土浸矿液一维垂直入渗过程。Infiltration rules of leaching solution in the process of weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ore in-situ leaching play an important role in high efficiency mining and utilization of rare earth resources. One-dimensional vertical infiltration experiment of rare earth was carried out based on the self-made test device. Water and 3% ammonium sulfate solution were selected as the infiltration solution. In this experiment,the rules of cumulative infiltration depth,wetting front velocity and infiltration rate of 4 different partical sizes rare earth were studied. Combining with the engineering practice,this paper divided the soil infiltration layer into saturated layer,transient layer and dry layer. Green-Ampt model was modified based on the stratification hypothesis. The model was verified with the one-dimensional vertical infiltration experiment of ion-adsorption rare earth and the result showed a good agreement between the model prediction and observed data. The infiltration process of leaching solution in the ion-adsorption rare earth in-situ leaching can be better simulated by the modified Green-Ampt model.
