摘 要:为研究有效浸矿时间内离子型稀土矿浸矿过程中强度影响因素,设计了室内模拟浸矿试验。用不同浓度浸矿液进行浸矿,得到了经过每个浸矿时间段以后稀土试样的孔隙率值。结合三轴压缩试验,分析了不同浓度(NH4)2SO4浸矿液在浸矿过程中对试样内摩擦角、内聚力的影响规律。同时利用最小二乘法对浸矿各个时间段孔隙率的值与内聚力的值进行拟合处理。经分析表明,浸矿液的渗流作用增大了土体孔隙率,通过这一物理弱化作用降低了土体强度,且随着孔隙率的增大,其对土体强度弱化作用减小;除了液体对土体的物理弱化作用外,浸矿液在浸矿过程中硫酸铵与稀土矿也发生了剧烈的化学反应,改变了稀土矿内部结构,减弱了离子型稀土矿体强度。In order to study the influence factors of the leaching process on the ion-type rare earth ore's strength during the effective leaching time,the indoor simulated leaching tests were carried out. The porosities of rare earth samples after each leaching period were measured by dipping ores with different concentrations in leaching solutions. Based on the measurement data of three axis compression test,the influence factors of leaching solutions with different concentrations on the internal friction angle and cohesion of the samples were analyzed. The least square method was used to fit the value of porosity and cohesion in each time. It was found that within the effective leaching time,the seepage action of ore leaching fluid increases the porosity of soil. The strength of soil is reduced by this physical weakening. And the weakening of soil strength decreases with the increase of porosity. In addition to the physical weakening of the liquid to the soil,during the ore leaching process,the ammonium sulfate and the rare earth ore have strongly chemical reactions,which result in changing the internal structure of the rare earth ore and weakening the strength of the ion type rare earth ore body.
