摘 要:以粉煤灰(Fly Ash,FA)为原料,经酸改性制得改性粉煤灰(Modified Fly Ash,MFA),再通过溶液反应负载Y(Ⅲ)离子,得到Y(Ⅲ)/MFA复合材料,以直接绿BE溶液为吸附反应模型,优化了其制备条件,并采用SEM、EDS、BET、XRD及FT-IR对其进行表征。结果表明,在303 K条件下,用1.6%的HAc溶液对FA改性30 min,再加入硝酸钇溶液搅拌20 min即得到Y(Ⅲ)离子与FA质量比为1∶40的Y(Ⅲ)/MFA复合材料,其对染料废水中直接绿BE的吸附量可达570.74 mg/g,是FA的9.71倍。表征结果表明酸改性使FA表面变得粗糙、凹凸不平,且Y(Ⅲ)成功负载于MFA上。Y( Ⅲ)/Modified fly ash( MFA) composite was prepared by acid modification and solution reaction method using waste fly ash( FA),acetic acid( HAc) solution and yttrium nitrate. Effects of important preparation conditions on the adsorption capacity of direct green 6 on the composite were investigated and characterized by SEM,EDS,BET,XRD and FT-IR.The result showed that Y( Ⅲ)/MFA composite was obtained when FA was modified by 1. 6% HAc solution at 303 K for30 min,MFA was mixed with Y( Ⅲ) solution for 20 min,according to the mass ratios of Y( Ⅲ) ions to FA was 1 ∶ 40.Y( Ⅲ)/MFA has the excellect adsorption performance with the adsorption capacities of 570. 74 mg/g which is 9. 71 times than that of FA. Characterization results indicate that acid modification makes the FA surface become rough and uneven,and Y( Ⅲ) ions are successfully loaded on MFA.
