摘 要:以绿色环保的天然高分子化合物田菁胶为还原剂和稳定剂制备了金纳米粒子,并讨论反应条件对粒子粒径及光学性质的影响.通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、动态光散射、紫外可见吸收光谱及X射线衍射光谱对其进行表征和测试.结果表明,得到的金纳米粒子表现出了均一规整的球形形态,分散性较好,其粒径可以通过改变反应条件加以调控,并且粒子的分散液能够保持较好的稳定性.Au nanoparticles were prepared by a simple process using sesbania gum as a reducing and stabilizing agent. Effects of reaction conditions on the particle sizes and optical properties of resulting NPs were researched. The morphologies, particle size distribution and optical properties of the resulting Au nanoparticles were characterized with scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra and X-ray diffraction. Experimental results indicated that the resulting Au nanoparticles showed a relatively homogeneous and well-dispersed spherical shape, and the average particle size could be tuned by altering reaction conditions. The dispersion of nanoparticles maintained the good stability.
