摘　　要：利用克拉玛依市远程医学平台,基于互联网创新设计远程口腔e-门诊系统,发挥华西口腔医院医疗技术和人才优势,为克拉玛依地区口腔疾病患者开展远程口腔e-门诊业务,解决克拉玛依地区口腔疾病医治能力偏低等问题,帮助提高医疗技术水平。With the telemedicine platform of Karamay, the remote oral e-outpatient system is designed innovatively based on the Internet, the advantages of medical technology and talents of West China Hospital of Stomatology are developed, the remote oral e-outpatient service is provided to oral patients in the Karamay area, the problems such as poor ability to treat oral diseases in the Karamay area are solved, and the level of medical technology is improved.
