摘　　要：目的:探索医疗结果数据存储方式,满足患者数据对外发布需求,为科研、数据挖掘等大数据深化应用提供支持。方法:运用Hadoop存储架构,构建临床结果数据发布库,并以发布库为基础开发患者端移动应用。结果:通过建设发布库,实现对临床发布数据的集中存储,在此之上开发朝阳健康云App,实现了医疗数据向患者端的开放。结论:患者数据发布库解决了医疗结果数据的集中存储问题,实现了医疗结果数据向患者端的转移。Objective： Innovate the methods of storing medical result data, to meet the requirement of returning patients＇ information to themselves and to provide supports to the applications of big data, such as medical research or data mining. Methods： Constructing a medical result data warehouse by the utilization of Hadoop architecture, on the basis of that, developing mobile applications for patients. Results： Realized the centralized storage of the medical result data by the implementation of medical result data warehouse, opened the medical data to patients by Chao-yang healthy cloud App. Conclusion： Resolved the issue of how to store medical result data centrally, implemented the transition of healthy data from hospital to patients.
