摘　　要：研究高血压病人就医行为,挖掘其中的规律和信息,对于规范高血压病人管理、降低医疗费用以及制定相应的卫生管理政策有一定的辅助作用。通过文献综述发现,基于问卷调查和统计学方法的高血压病人就医行为研究已取得了一定的研究成果,但也有局限性,而基于大数据的高血压病人就医行为分析已显示出优势。通过分析当前研究的成果与不足,旨在为今后基于医疗卫生大数据平台的高血压病人就医行为数据挖掘提供借鉴。Carry out research on health seeking behavior of hypertension patients and use data mining technology to discover some laws and information which are useful for regulating the management of hypertension patients, reducing medical cost and developing appropriate health management policies. By literature review, the researches on the behavior of patients with hypertension based on questionnaire and statistical methods have obtained some research results, but there are some limitations. However, the analysis of health seeking behavior of hypertension patients based on big data technology has shown advantages. This paper analyzed the achievements and disadvantages of current researches in order to provide reference for data mining about health seeking behavior of hypertension patients based on medical big data platform in the near future.
