住院药房退药监控与审核管理机制研究

摘　　要：减少住院药房退药量是加强药房运营成本控制管理的重要环节,也是减少医、护、药人员工作量,提升临床工作效率的有力抓手。在分析退药现状的基础上,以降低和避免人为因素导致退药为目标,设计和建设住院药房退药监控和审核管理平台,建立全流程管控机制,促使医生下达医嘱和药房摆药有效配合,大幅度降低了住院退药量。Reducing the amount of drug repercussion in the inpatient pharmacy is an important step to strengthen the operation cost control and management of pharmacy, and also a powerful starting point to reduce the workload of doctors, nurses and pharmacists and enhance the efficiency of clinical work. Based on the analysis of hospital drug repercussion situation, in order to reduce and avoid drug withdrawal, we design hospital pharmacy drug repercussion control and audit management platform, establishing the whole process control mechanism. So we make the doctor orders and pharmacy dispensing effectively, and greatly reduce drug repercussion.
