摘 要:目的:为长治市妇幼保健院提供一种具有胎儿宫内状态自动评分功能的计算机辅助分析系统,提高胎心监护结果判读分析的准确度和一致性。方法:系统可以对当前胎监记录的任何一段数据进行分析,专业算法更准确地运算出胎心率基线、胎动、宫缩、各种胎心率加、减速等特征参数,使分析结果更趋准确。系统的评分方式支持自动、手动评分两种方式,包括了Krebis、Fischer、改良Fischer评分法和ACOG三级分类法。结果:通过在医院的临床试验,系统的分析和评分结果与产科专家人工判读结果具有较高的一致性。结论:计算机辅助分析为胎心监护分析提供一种额外的辅助方法,提高了妇产科医生的工作效率。Objective: Design a computer-aided analysis system for Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Changzhi, incorporating automatic scoring functions for evaluating fetal condition in the cavity of the uterus, in order to improving accuracy and consistency of interpretation results for fetal monitoring. Methods: Analysing any segment of data in a record of fetal monitoring. The FHR variability patterns, such as FHR baseline, fetal movement, uterine contraction, accelerations and various decelerations can be computed accurately by our advanced algorithms, thus it makes the analysis results more accurate. There are two modes of scoring: by automatic and by manual, and the system consists of different scoring methods, including Kreb's, Fischer, improved Fischer scoring methods, and ACOG three-tier classification methods. Results: According to the clinical tests in hospitals, the system has comparable accuracy as obstetricians' interpretation. Conclusion: Computerised interpretation provides a supplementary way to traditional analysis, which could help gynecologists and obstetricians more effectively.
