摘　　要：循证医学的要求和数字医疗技术的发展,使医学检查结果(医学文书)的格式繁多、数量巨大。医院需要对医学文书进行长期归档和高效、智能的管理及分析利用,医学文书统一的归档管理和访问也是临床数据中心建设的重要内容。厂商中立归档(Vendor Neutral Archieve,VNA)是近年出现的、首先针对DICOM文件、并扩展到所有医学文书归档和访问管理的新型临床数据归档存储架构。基于VNA,可以向临床提供一个统一临床数据中心出口、多数据格式一体化、跨机构跨平台、敏捷访问的医学通用浏览器。VNA是未来临床资料归档和访问技术架构的趋势,也顺应了HIMSS电子病历应用七级的要求。国外已经有VNA建设的案例,而国内至今还未有官方报道的案例。Due to the requirements of evidence-based medicine and the development of digital medical technology, the medical examination results（medical documents） have various formats and a huge quantity. A hospital needs long-term archiving, and efficient and intelligent management, analysis and utilization of medical documents. The unified archiving management and access of medical documents is also an important content of the construction of clinical data repository. Vendor Neutral Archieve（VNA） is a new type of clinical data archiving and storage framework for DICOM documents which appeared in recent years and is extended to the archiving and access management of all medical documents. Based on VNA, a medical universal browser with a unified clinical data repository outlet, multi-data format integration, institution and platform crossing and agile access can be provided to the clinical service. VNA is the trend of clinical data archiving and access technology framework in the future. It also meets the requirements of Level 7 application of HIMSS electronic medical records. There are VNA construction cases abroad, but there is no officially reported case in China.
