摘　　要：介绍了远程医疗助理的概念，分析了远程医疗助理的专业特性、培训方式及工作职责，以急诊远程会诊、电子重症监护室构建、国际远程病理会诊为例，进一步阐述了远程医疗助理的作用，以便最大限度地为患者提供更优质、更高效和更便捷的远程医疗服务。The paper presented the concept of telemedicine assistants, and analyzed their professional attributes, training modality and job description. Such scenarios as emergency telemedicine consultation, electronic ICU building, and international remote pathology consultation were taken as an example, to further elaborate the rule of such assistants, for the purpose of providing patients with telemedicine services of higher quality, efficiency and convenience.
