摘　　要：采用关系性嵌入理论分析框架，通过解析关系性嵌入理论四要素，还原我国医务社会工作与医院行政管理体系、专业医务体系、患者群体等的关系性嵌入发展格局，并力图通过强化关系性嵌入主客体行为特征的方法，构建社会工作部对大型综合性医院的关系性嵌入模式，为医务社会工作在我国的发展提供借鉴。This paper used the relational embedding theoretical framework to analyze four elements of the relational embedding theory and to unfold the development pattern of the relational embeddedness of the medical social work in China. By enhancing the behavior characteristics of relational embedding＇s subject and object, we wish to eonstrnet a relational embedding model of the social work department and the hospital, providing reference for the development of medical social work in China.
