摘　　要：＂一带一路＂背景下,建设区域能源金融中心受到广泛关注。文章在既有理论和实证研究的基础上,从空间区位因素入手,构建能够客观且全面反映能源金融特色的区域性金融中心评价指标体系。采用因子分析法对西部11个中心城市进行优势测度,得出西安在能源产业规模、金融发展潜力及科技创新等核心要素上具有较为显著的优势。西安应充分利用自身优势,把金融业态和能源要素有机结合,充分利用＂一带一路＂发展机遇,打造以能源金融为特色的区域金融中心。Under the background of the Belt and Road, the construction of regional energy finance center has received wide attention. On the basis of both theoretical and empirical research, this paper starts from the spatial location factor and builds a regional financial center evaluation index system which can reflect the characteristics of energy finance objectively and comprehensively. And then the paper uses the factor analysis method to measure the advantages of 11 central cities in the west, only to find that Xi＇an has significant advantages in energy industry scale, human resources and technological innovations. Xi＇an should make full use of its own advantages, combine financial forms and energy factors, and make full use of the Belt and Road development opportunity to build a regional financial center with the characteristic of energy finance.
