摘  要:对X射线荧光熔片法分析石灰石中CaO含量的测定过程进行分析,建立数学模型,确定不确定度来源,分别对测量重复性、样品称量、标准物质、标准曲线回归引起的不确定度分量进行评定,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,评定结果表明,标准物质和校准曲线回归引起的不确定度对总不确定度影响较大,为有效提高该方法检验准确性提供依据。Through the analysis of process of determining the content of CaO in limestone of X ray fluorescence spectrometry with fusion method, to determine the source of uncertainty, caused by the repeatability of measurement, standard material, sample weighing, the calibration curve changes the uncertainty degree of component, quantitative standard uncertainty, and calculate the combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty and the results show that the calibration curve regression and standard material caused by the nneertainty of the total uncertainty of the greatest impact, have certain reference significance to |he detection method of limestone.
