摘  要:在二代压水堆核电厂空调通风系统中,模拟限值报警器对温度等参数进行监测、控制和超限报警,但其存在精度差和调校复杂的缺点。在不改变模拟限值报警器电气接口的前提下,设计了一种以"前端输入调理模块+STM32+输出通道模块"架构为核心的数字限值报警器电路。利用STM32自带的多通道模数转换器对前端多路传感器信号采样和处理,实现对温度等参数的监测、控制、报警和实时显示。试验结果表明,数字化限值报警器可以稳定可靠的报警动作和参数显示,可以实现对模拟限值报警器的替代升级。In the air conditioning and ventilation system of the second generation PWR Nuclear Power Plant,the temperature and other parameters are monitored,controlled and over-limit alarmed by the analog limit alarm instrument,but it has the disadvantages of poor precision and complicated adjustment.Without changing the electrical interface of the analog limit alarm instrument,we design a digital limit alarm circuit based on "front-end conditioning module+STM32+output channel module"architecture,The multi-channel analog to digital converter of STM32 is used to sample and process the front-end sensor signals,so the temperature and other parameters can be monitored,controlled,alarmed and displayed in real-time.The experimental results show that the digital instrument can stably and reliably over-limit alarm and parameters display,it can completely replace and upgrade the analog limit alarm instrument.
