摘 要:为实现煤造气炉液态排渣,利用灰熔点测定仪研究了Ca O、Fe2O3和Na2O 3种添加剂对煤灰熔融性能的影响。结果表明,随着Ca O添加量的增加,煤灰流动温度先降低后升高,Ca O添加量为20%时,流动温度达到最低;随着Fe2O3添加量的增加,煤灰流动温度逐渐降低;煤灰流动温度随着Na2O添加量的增加而逐渐降低,当Na2O添加量由0增加至5%时,煤灰流动温度降低幅度较大,继续增加Na2O的添加量时,其对煤灰流动温度的降低作用减弱,Na2O对煤灰软熔区间的降低作用最强。随着Na2O添加量的增加,煤灰渣的黏度和熔化性温度都逐渐降低。综合考虑,建议选取Na2O作为添加剂,添加量为5%-7%。In order to realize slag discharge in liquid form of coal gasifier,the influences of three additives,Ca O,Fe2O3 and Na2O,on the melting property of coal ash were investigated by ash fusion point determination meter. The results show that with the increase of addition amount of Ca O,the flow temperature of coal ash firstly decreases and then increases. When the addition amount of Ca O is 20%,the flow temperature reaches the minimum. The flow temperature of coal ash decreases gradually with the increase of addition amount of Fe2O3 and Na2O. When the addition amount of Na2O increases from 0 to 5%,the flow temperature decreases greatly,and then its effect on the reduction of flow temperature reduces with the continuous increase of the addition amount of Na2O. Na2O has the strongest effect on reducing the soft melting zone of coal ash. With the increase of addition amount of Na2O,the viscosity and melting temperature of coal ash decrease gradually. Comprehensive consideration, Na2O is recommended to be selected as additive,with the addtion percentage of 5%-7%.
