摘  要:为了研究钢中铜元素非均质形核析出从而减轻钢中铜元素晶界偏聚的问题,选取钢中锆夹杂物作为形核质点,对试验钢中Zr O2、Zr C、Zr N析出学条件进行了热力学计算,通过点阵错配度理论和经验电子理论对钢中铜元素与锆夹杂物之间的非均质形核能力的大小进行了理论计算。结果表明,铜与Zr O2、Zr C、Zr N的点阵错配度分别为1.17%、9.53%、11.71%,经验电子理论特征参量分别为1.906、1.124 5、1.070。形核相和形核质点之间错配度越小,特征参量越大,非均质形核能力越强,经验电子理论计算结果与点阵错配度计算结果一致,Zr O2为最有效非均质形核质点,Zr C和Zr N为中等有效非均质形核质点,两种方法计算结果说明钢中锆的夹杂物可以作为铜元素的形核质点。It is necessary to research the heterogeneous nucleation precipitation of copper for reducing the grain boundary segregation of copper in steel. The zirconic inclusions in steel are taken as the nucleation substrate. Thermodynamic calculation of precipitation conditions of Zr O2,Zr C and Zr N in test steel has been carried out,and the heterogeneous nucleation ability between copper and zirconic inclusions in steel has been theoretically calculated by planar lattice disregistry and empirical electron theory. The results show that the lattice disregistry between Cu and Zr O2,Zr C,Zr N is 1.17%,9.53%,11.71% respectively. The parameter of empirical electron theory is 1.906,1.124 5,1.070 respectively. The smaller the lattice disregistry is and the larger parameter is,the more effective the substrate is for promoting nucleation. The calculation results of empirical electron theory is consistent with the calculation results of planar lattice disregistry. Zr O2 is the most effective heterogeneous nucleation substrate of copper,while Zr C and Zr N are moderately effective. The calculation results of two methods show that the zirconic inclusions in steel can be used as the substrate of heterogeneous nucleation of copper.
