摘  要:采用折光率法测定控释氯化钾养分释放特征,以控释氯化钾养分释放率为横坐标、标准溶液折射率为纵坐标绘制标准曲线,相关系数大于0.999。折光率法与电导率法测得数据呈线性关系(y=1.053 5x-0.891 4,r^2=0.998 8),折光率法测得数据的相对标准偏差(RSD)≤0.40%,电导率法RSD≤1.09%。折光率法评价控释氯化钾养分释放特性时操作简便快速,样品用量少,前处理简单,可连续浸提,定量分析,结果更准确。The potassium release characteristic of controlled-release potassium chloride is determined byrefractive index method. The standard curve is drawn with nutrient release rate of controlled-release potassiumchloride as abscissa, refractive indexes as ordinate,the regression coefficient is higher than 0.999. The data ofrefractive index method is linearly related to that of electrical conductivity method, with fitting equation as y =1.053 5 x-0.891 4,r2= 0.998 8. In the experimental condition, the relative standard deviations of refractiveindex method and electrical conductivity method are ≤0.40% and ≤1.09%respectively. Refractive index methodhas characteristics of less-sample consumption, simple pretreatment, continuous extraction and accurate onevaluation of controlled-release potassium chloride quality in comparation of electrical conductivity method.
