摘　　要：《吕氏春秋·音律》有"阴将始刑"一语,前人或疑本作"阴气将刑",或疑"刑"字为"杀"字之讹。新近刊布的阜阳双古堆汉简《吕氏春秋》对应文句作"阴将始",应读为"阴将始茀(刜)"。据此,可知作"阴气将刑"之说实非;今本所作之"刑",或因"刜"、"刑(?)"形近,又涉上文"刑"字而误。Abstract： There are two kinds of interpretation about Yin Jiang Shi Xing（阴将始刑） in the Book Lu Shi Chun Qiu（吕氏春秋） which referenced by previous scholars. One opinion thought that the phrase Fin Jiang Shi Xing（阴将始刑） should be revised to Yin Qi Jiang Xing（阴气将刑）, the other opinion thought that Xing（刑） is a corruption of word Sha（杀）. Based on a new excavated literature version of Book Lu Shi Chun Qiu（ 吕氏春秋）, this article demonstrated that the original version of Yin Jiang Shi Xing（阴将始刑） should be Yin Jiang Shi Fu（阴将始[艹沸]）, and the word Xing（刑） was a corruption of Fu（刜） caused by character pattern and discourse reasons.
