胶体金与胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的比较

摘　　要：目的用北京九强公司的胶体金法与胶乳增强免疫比浊法定量测定我院60例血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cardiac troponinⅠ,cTnⅠ)水平。方法结合临床最后诊断,评价两种测定方法的分析性能。比较胶体金法与胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定cTnⅠ总符合率、灵敏度、特异性、误诊率和漏诊率。结果胶体金法与胶乳增强免疫比浊法与临床诊断总符合率好,灵敏度高,特异性强,误诊率和漏诊率低。两种检测方法测定结果之间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论胶乳增强免疫比浊法定量测定cTnⅠ方法简便、快速,具有较高的灵敏度和精密度,可用全自动分析仪进行测试,适用于大批量及临床常规使用。胶体金法方便快速,适合临床科室床旁检测。Objective To determine the cTnI concentration of 60 cases in our hospital by colloidal gold method and latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry method. Methods In combination with the final clinical diagnosis, the analytical performance of the two assays was evaluated. Colloidal gold method and latex were comparedto enhance immune turbidimetry cTnI in total coincidence rate, sensitivity, specificity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate. Results The comparison shows that colloidal gold method and latex enhanced immune turbidimetry and clinical diagnosis of the total coincidence rate, high sensitivity, specificity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate is low. There was no significant difference between the two test results, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Quantitative latex cTnI immunoassay method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. Colloidal gold method is convenient and fast, suitable for bedside detection of clinical departments.
