摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法(HPLC-ELSD)同时测定不同产地何首乌中磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)、磷脂酰甘油(PG)、溶血卵磷脂(LPC)含量的方法。方法:采用UF-Silica-F52546硅胶色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温30℃;流动相A为正己烷(含有0.04%三乙胺),流动相B为异丙醇,流动相C为13%乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);漂移管温度60℃;雾化气为空气;气体流速(空气)1.5 L·min^(-1);进样量10μL。结果:何首乌中6种磷脂类成分的浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好(r≥0.992 3);加样回收率为97.80%~102.02%;RSD值为1.61%~3.47%。逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)综合分析结果显示,广东广州产药材的质量相对较优。结论:用此法测定何首乌中6种磷酯类成分的含量,结果满意。该方法简单、准确、重现性好,为何首乌药材的质量评价和控制提供科学的参考依据。Objective： To establish a high performance liquid chromatography evaporative light scattering detection（ HPLC-ELSD） method for simultaneous determination of PC,PI,PE,PS,PG and LPC in Polygoni Multiflori Radix. from different origins. Methods： The analysis was carried out on a UF-Silica-F52546 silica column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） eluted by a mobile phase consisting of N-hexane（ containing 0. 04% triethylamine,A）,isopropanol（ B） and 13% acetic acid（ C） at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 at a temperature of 30 ℃. The carrier gas flow rate and drift tube temperature of evaporative light cattering detection were set at 1. 5 L·min-1 and 60 ℃,respectively. The result of TOPSIS analysis showed that the comprehensive quality of Polygoni Multifori Caulis sample from Guangzhou was better. Results： The calibration curves of six phospholipids in Polygoni Multiflori Radix.showed good linearity（ r ≥0. 992 3）. The average recoveries of the method were between 97. 80% 102. 02%.Conclusion： The established method is reliable and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Polygoni Multiflori Radix.
