摘 要:目的:通过文献计量分析学方法,了解国内外米卡芬净在儿童侵袭性真菌感染应用的现状。方法:检索截至2016年12月Pub Med,SCI,Embase和中国知网等数据库,用Endnote X7整理,对纳入文献的年代、第一作者、文章类型、研究机构、被引文频次、研究内容等进行统计分析。结果:纳入188篇,其中英文175篇,中文13篇。主要文章类型为论著(104篇),单篇文章被引频次最高为393次,主要研究内容包括米卡芬净在儿童侵袭性真菌感染中应用的安全性及有效性、应用米卡芬净在儿童侵袭性真菌感染治疗现状及米卡芬净在儿童患者中应用剂量优化等。近年来,热点集中于儿童患者用药剂量优化。结论:米卡芬净应用于儿童侵袭性真菌感染的预防或治疗安全耐受,但预防及治疗剂量仍为经验剂量,仍需要高质量随机对照临床试验进行确证。Objective: To analyze domestic and international literatures about current situation of micafungin use in pediatric patients with invasive fungal infection by bibliometric analysis. Methods: Pub Med,SCI,Embase and CNKI were searched to collect all the literatures on our topic from the establishment of the database to December,2016. Endnote X7 was used to sort and summarize the articles. The year of publication,first author,type of literature,research contents,research institution,journal and cited frequency were analyzed with bibliometric methods.Results: A total of 188 articles met the inclusion creteria,including 175 foreign articles and 13 Chinese articles.The main type of literature was research article,which included 104 literatures. Among all the literatures,the most frequently cited paper was cited for up to 393 times. The clinical effects and safety of micafungin using ion pediatric patients with invasive fungal infection. The current situation of micafungin use and the optimization of micafungin dosing regimens in pediatric patients with invasive fungal infection were the main topics frequently involved. The focus in recent years was the optimization of micafungin dosing regimens in pediatric patients with invasive fungal infection. Conclusion: Micafungin has reliable effects and safety for pediatric patients in with invasive fungal infection. But the dosing for prevention and treatment of invasive fungal infection in children is still based on experience,which still needs high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials to be confirmed.
