摘  要:对GB/T51129—2017《装配式建筑评价标准》和上海市《装配式建筑单体预制率和装配率计算细则(试行)》中的装配式建筑评价项目设置、权重赋值、计算方法进行了对比研究。国家标准中竖向构件分值加上外围护墙分值,与上海计算细则预制墙体分值基本相同,国家标准中水平构件分值更大。以上海市某装配整体式剪力墙结构为例,依据国家标准计算出的装配率远高于上海市计算细则,主要原因是国家标准中水平构件分值较大。The prefabricated construction evaluation standard, weight assignments, and calculation methods of the national standard "Assembly building evaluation standard "GB/T51129—2017 and Shanghai standard "Prefabrication rate and assembled calculation rule( preliminary) of prefabricated building"are compared. The vertical component score calculated by the national standard plus the external wall protection score is basically the same as the prefabricated wall score calculated by the Shanghai calculation rule. The horizontal component score calculated by the national standard is larger.Taking an assembly-integrated shear wall structure in Shanghai as an example,the prefabrication rate calculated by the national standard is much higher than the Shanghai calculation rule. The main reason is that the horizontal component score in the national standard is relatively large.
