摘  要:预制预应力混凝土框架结构体系结合了预制混凝土结构与预应力混凝土技术的优势,具有构件自重小、结构整体性好、变形恢复能力强等优点,在大开间住宅、公共建筑与工业建筑中具有广阔的应用前景。重点介绍了一种新型装配整体式预应力混凝土框架结构体系,该体系由预制柱、预应力叠合梁和现浇节点核心区组成,并采用后张、连续、曲线预应力筋;阐述了体系深化设计要点、难点及相应的构造措施;研究提出了钢筋精准定位、多层柱交叉安装施工、预制构件中后张预应力实施等成套建造技术,解决了大跨度预制结构施工中的重难点问题,大大提高了施工效率;在某项目中得到成功应用。Precast prestressed concrete frame structure combines the advantages of precast concrete structure and prestressed concrete structure,including light mass,good integrity and strong ability of deformation recovery,which has a broad application prospect in large opening,public buildings and industrial buildings. A new type of monolithic precast prestressed concrete frame structure composed of prefabricated columns,prestressed composite beams and cast-in-place joint core areas is introduced,the post-tensioned prestressed tendons used in prestressed composite beams are continuous and curvilinear fabric layout. The key points, difficulties and corresponding designs methods of the system are expounded. This paper puts forward a series of key technologies,such as the precise positioning of the connecting bar,the design and construction of multi-layer columns,the implementation of the prestress and so on,which solve the difficult problems of construction. The system is successfully demonstrated and applied in a project.
