护理干预措施在医院手术室保洁员针刺伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理干预措施在保洁员针刺伤中的应用效果。方法对负责10个手术间卫生的保洁员进行综合护理干预为观察组，对另外负责10个手术间卫生的护理员未进行护理干预为对照组，比较两组效果。结果与对照组比较，观察组针刺伤发生率显著降低，手术间垃圾正确分类处置率显著升高（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预措施能有效降低手术室保洁员针刺伤的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention measures on the needle stick injury which are happened to the cleaners m the operating room. Method As the observation group, the nursing intervention measures were given to the cleaners which were in charge of ten operation rooms, and as the control group without any nursing intervention measures to the cleaners that were responsible for the other ten operation rooms. Result Compared to the control group, the occurrence rate of the needle stick injury in the observation group was significantly reduced. And the accuracy of the garbage sorting disposal was significantly increased （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The nursing intervention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of the needle stick injuries which are happened to the cleaners in the operating room.
