摘　　要：目的初步构建一套较为科学、客观、实用的麻醉复苏护理质量敏感指标体系。方法采用专家小组讨论、专家咨询(Delphi)法和层次分析法,筛选指标并计算指标权重。结果两次函询中,问卷回收率分别为92%、100%,权威系数分别为0.861和0.898,具有统计学意义。构建了包含3项一级指标,12项二级指标和46项三级指标的麻醉复苏护理质量评价指标体系。结论专家对指标评价结果的意见一致程度较高,指标可信度较高。Objective To establish a scientific, objective and practical quality sensitive index system for the quality of anesthesia recovery care. Methods Expert group discussion, expert consultation （Delphi） and analytic hierarchy process （AHP） were used to screen indexes and calculate index weights. Results Two inquiry, questionnaire recovery rate were 92%, 100%, 0.861 and 0.898 respectively. The coef- ficient of authority, with statistical significance. The evaluation index system of nursing quality of anesthesia and resuscitation care was con- structed, which included 3 first level indexes; 12 item two level indexes and 46 three grade indexes. Conclusion The experts agree more a- bout the result of the evaluation, and the index is more reliable.
