摘　　要：在长期的革命、建设以及改革实践中,我军高度重视在广大官兵中开展思想政治教育,积极探索和大胆尝试如何牢牢掌握军队思想政治教育话语权,并积累了丰富的宝贵经验,形成了具有我党、我军特色的思想政治教育话语权的优良传统。对这些有益经验和优良传统的总结和研究,有利于我军在新时代进一步牢牢掌握和有效使用话语权,从而提高思想政治教育的实效性和针对性。In the long-term revolution, construction and reform practice, we pay great attention to carry out the ideological and political education in the officers and soldiers, actively explore and attempt to firmly grasp the discourse power of the army＇s ideological and political education. We have accumulated rich experience, and have formed the tradition of the discourse power of the army＇s ideological and political education with the characteristics of our party and army. The summary and study of experience and excellent tradition are helpful to further firmly grasp and effectively use the discourse power in the new era, so as to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education.
