摘 要:机步旅联合战术通信系统是执行任务的中枢神经,但在实际运用中还存在系统运用不规范、基础信息管理不精确、网络规划软件不实用、不注重传统手段训练、系统运用能力不强、一味追求大带宽高速率等问题,必须从严格执行通规通纪、正确处理好"一张网"和"专网"的关系、辩证地看待数据指挥与话音指挥的关系以及科学构建骨干网络等方面入手加以解决,不断提高联合战术通信系统的指挥效率。The joint tactical communication system for mechanized infantry brigade is the central nervous to execute the mission. In practice, there are so many questions still existing. Such as self chan- ging the network structure personally, the inaccurate management of basic information, paying no attention to traditional means of training, not strong application of system, pursuing wide bandwidth and high-speed blindly. We must enforce the communication regulation and communication discipline strictly, handle the relationship between "one web" and "special network" correctly, treat the relationship between date-command and voice command dialectically and build the backbone network scientifically. And so we can improve the commanding efficiency of the joint tactical communication system continuously.
