航母舱段指挥专业人才指技融合培养模式研究

摘　　要：军队院校本科学员的学历教育与首次任职教育的融合是军队院校教育的一个重要发展方向。针对航母舱段指挥专业生长军官的指技融合培养模式问题,分析了该专业开展指技融合培养的必要性,并从人才需求分析、课程体系、培养方法和培养质量监控等方面对其进行研究,指出了可能面临的问题与挑战。The academic education of pre-commissioned officers and professional education tend to be integrated in military school. To deal with the training model integrating command with technology for aircraft carrier section commanding personnel, the necessity of integrated training is analyzed firstly. Then personnel demand, course system, training method and quality monitoring system are studied. The possible problem and challenge during thetraining are pointed out in the end.
