摘 要:减速顶设备是一种铁路编组场使用的调速设备,在国内外都有着广泛的应用。减速顶的应用工况较为恶劣,使用频次较高,其日常的维修和维护十分重要。维修和维护工作不到位造成设备失修或失效,轻者能够造成车辆损坏或者货物破损,重者可能导致严重的车辆脱线等安全事故。因此,及时、准确掌握减速顶设备的运行状态有助于设备的安全使用、维护和维修工作。本文以此问题为出发根基,从问题的根源入手,研制开发了RPMS减速顶安全状态实时监测系统,解决减速顶行业现存的问题。As a kind of speed control equipment used in railway marshalling yard, the retarder is widely used at home and abroad. The application condition of the retarder is bad and the frequency is high, so its daily maintenance and repair are very important. Equipment disrepair or invalidation by inadequate maintenance can cause damage of vehicle or cargo, and may lead to serious off-line vehicle accident, etc. Therefore, timely and accurate understanding of the operating state of retarder is helpful to the safe use, maintenance and repair of equipment. Based on this problem and starting from the root of the problem, we developed a real-time monitoring system for the safety state of retarder, which could solve the existing problems in the retarder industry.
