摘 要:本文研究了车辆防溜中存在的安全隐患,介绍了传统防溜方式的缺点、止轮顶自动防溜系统的原理。以国电哈尔滨热电有限公司翻车机空车线为例,结合实际运用经验,证明了该系统具备替代传统人工防溜方式的能力。它能极大地减轻现场作业人员的劳动强度,提高作业效率,保证作业安全,促进安全生产,实现了停车自动化。This paper analyzes existing potential safety problems of anti-running of railway yards. It introduces disadvantages of traditional anti-running methods and the principle of stop retarder anti-running system. It is proved that the system possesses the ability of substituting for traditional anti-running methods by the practical operation experiences of empty wagon railway track of State Grid Corporation Harbin Thermal Power Plant Limited Company. It can greatly reduce working strength of field operators, improve operation efficiency, ensure operation safety, promote civilized production, realize automatic stop in empty wagon railway track.
