摘  要:目的对比泸州引种金银花及山东金银花中4种活性成分(绿原酸、木犀草苷、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C)的含量,评价引种金银花质量。方法采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈和0.1%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,分段变波长检测,柱温30℃,流速:1.0 ml/min;结果泸州引种金银花中4种活性成分含量略低于山东金银花,但均高于药典规定。结论泸州引种金银花含量符合药典要求,可大面积栽培。Objective To investigate the determination of four active ingredients( chlorogenic acid,galuteolin,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C) in Honeysuckle introduced to Luzhou and honeysuckle originating from Shandong so as to evaluate the quality of introduced Honeysuckle.Methods HP LC with a column Kromasil C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1 % phosphoric acid aqueous with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was changeable. The column temperature was 3 0 ℃ and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml· min-1. Results The contents of the four active ingredients in introduced Honeysuckle were slightly lower than those in Honeysuckle originating from Shandong, but all of them could accord with requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion Contents of active ingredients in introduced Honeysuckle meet the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and large-scale planting is profitable.
