2016年眉山市预防接种门诊设置和服务能力调查

摘　　要：目的了解眉山市预防接种门诊服务能力,为规范化门诊建设提供依据。方法对2016年全市145家接种门诊相关资料进行分析。结果全市接种门诊有75家(51.72%)服务半径在5 km以内,日接种门诊105家(72.41%),周末提供接种的有79家(54.48%)。全市接种人员年龄以30~45岁(49.24%)为主,以临床和护理专业(83.46%)为主,职称以初级(82.51%)为主。全市接种人员和服务人口配比是1.51名/万人,有34家接种门诊配比未达1名/万人;城区配比均低于乡镇。全市接种门诊年接种量以小于5 000针次为主(82.07%),城区门诊年均接种总量和人年均接种量分别是乡镇的6.65倍和5.08倍。结论眉山市接种门诊服务能力总体较好,但部分接种门诊存在服务半径较大、服务周期不够、接种工作量大、接种人员少等问题。Objective To understand the immunization program service ability of vaccination clinics in Meishan and provide a basis for standardizing clinic construction. Methods Information on 1 4 5 vaccination clinics in the city in 2 0 1 6 was analyzed. Results There were 7 5（ 5 1. 7 2 %） vaccination clinics within a service radius of 5 km, accounting for 5 1. 7 2 %. A total of 1 0 5（ 7 2. 4 1 %） vaccination clinics provided daytime service and 7 9（ 5 4. 4 8 %） provided service at weekends. Vaccination staff in the city were mainly 3 0-4 5 years old（ 4 9. 2 4 %） and clinical medicine and nursing majors（ 8 3. 4 6 %） and held mainly junior titles（ 8 2. 5 1 %）. The ratio of vaccination staff to the target population in the whole city was 1. 5 1 ∶1 05. The ratios in 3 4 vaccination clinics was below 1 ∶105. The personnel ratios in urban areas were lower than in township areas. The annual number of vaccination times was less than 5 000 in most vaccination clinics in the city（ 82. 07%）. The total number of annual vaccination times and the average number of annual vaccination times in urban vaccination clinics were 6. 65 times and 5. 08 times of those in township areas,respectively. Conclusion The accessibility of service of vaccination clinics in Meishan is generally good.However,some vaccination clinics have such problems as large service radius,insufficient service cycle,heavy workload of vaccination and inadequate vaccination staff.
