云南省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例的应急处置措施分析

摘　　要：目的对云南省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例处置情况进行回顾性分析,为今后人感染H5N6禽流感病例的应急处置工作提供依据。方法回顾性描述云南省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例的应急处置过程,分析整个处置过程的经验及不足,反思今后应该加强改进的内容。结果经专家会诊,多级实验室结果支持,病例诊断为人感染H5N6禽流感确诊病例,疾控部门积极开展各项防控工作,疫情得到及时控制。结论此次疫情得到及时有效的控制,未出现人传人,也暴露卫生应急队员处置重大突发公共卫生事件的经验和能力不足、培训演练不够等问题。Objective Analyze the disposition results of the first human infect avian influenza（ H5 N6）,to supply emergency disposal plan to H5 N6 infectors. Methods Described the emergency disposal process of the first Yunnan H5 N6 infected person by reviewed and analyzed the shortage and work experience,thus,to formulate the plan to improve. Results By experts＇ consultation,multilevel laboratory results support,this case diagnosed with H5 N6 avian influenza confirmed cases of human infection,disease control departments to actively carry out the prevention and control work,timely control the outbreak. Conclusion Timely and effective control of the outbreak,does not appear human-to-human transmission,also exposed the health emergency team have some problems such as public health emergency disposal experience and ability insufficiency,lack of training and drills.
