摘 要:本文介绍了萃取-电解联合法处理镀锌退镀废盐酸的工艺,以萃取剂N235萃取镀锌退镀废盐酸中的锌,萃余液为氯化亚铁溶液,用于制取聚合氯化铁。反萃液经过针铁矿法除铁后加碱沉淀获得氢氧化锌固体,氢氧化锌用硫酸溶解配成电解液于电解槽中电沉积获得纯度≥99.99%的电解锌产品。萃取剂和电解废液循环使用,工艺全程无固废产生,处理成本低,产品经济价值高。The extraction electrolysis process is introduced in this paper to treat the waste hydrochloric acid in galvanized zinc plating. The extraction agent N235 is used to extract zinc in the waste hydrochloric acid from galvanized zinc plating, and the residual liquid is a ferrous chloride solution, which is used for the production of polymerized ferric chloride. Zinc hydroxide solid was obtained after iron removal and alkali precipitation after iron removal by goethite, and zinc hydroxide was electrodeposited in electrolyzer with sulfuric acid to obtain electrolytic zinc with purity of more than 99.99%. The recycling process of extractant and electrolytic waste liquid has no solid waste in the whole process, and the treatment cost is low, and the product has high economic value.
