摘 要:通过对Java EE设计模式、软件框架和软件能力成熟度模型的研究应用,实现了云南强震动台网中心烈度速报系统的整体建设。在系统总结关键技术的基础上,全面统计了近两年发生的所有5.0级及以上地震烈度速报系统自动生成地震烈度图所需要的时间。通过对比2014年8月3日鲁甸6.5级地震后的地震烈度图与中国地震局现场工作队发布的地震烈度图,结果表明:两者的烈度强度和烈度分布范围一致。此外烈度速报系统产生的地震烈度图显示出的局部场地效应明显,其主要集中在山谷和盆地等人口密集居住区域,应用效果理想。The overall construction of Intensity Quick Report System of Yunnan Strong Motion Network Center( IQRS of YSMNC)was realized through the research on JavaEE design patterns, software framework and capability maturity model (CMM). Based on the summary of the key technology, the generation time of seismic intensity map ( M ≥ 5.0 earthquakes) by IQRS were counted. Then, the intensity maps of LuDian MS6.5 earthquake on Aug. 3, 2014 generated by IQRS and announced by field work team of China Earthquake Administration were contrasted, the results showed that the intensity value and distribution range of the above two intensity maps were consistent. Moreover, the local site effect reflected from the earthquake intensity map generated by IQRS appeared obvious, which mainly concentrated in the valley, basin and other densely populated residential area. So the application effect of the IQRS was ideal.
