摘 要:为研究不同变质程度煤样对热解产物特性影响,采用热重分析仪(TGA)和固定床反应器对不同变质程度煤样进行热解实验。在此基础上,采用气相色谱分析仪研究了热解气相产物分布。结果表明:热解反应初期,褐煤NM失重速率达到最大;在200℃~300℃时烟煤中主要是非共价键和弱共价键发生解离,此时产生的挥发分较少,因此在该温度段质量变化较小。固定床热解实验表明,焦油产率由大到小依次为:SX(15.81 wt%)>HL(12.63 wt%)>XJ(10.46 wt%)>NM(4.32 wt%)。随着热解温度的升高,成煤环境导致煤样组成的差异是引起煤样热解气相产物产率分布出现差异的重要原因。In order to rank coals, pyrolysis investigate experiments evolution characteristics of pyrolysis gas products from different of different rank coal samples were carried out with a thermogravimetric analyzer and a fixed bed reactor. On this basis, the distribution of pyrolysis gaseous products was studied by a gas chromatography. Research results show that the weight loss of lignite NM is the largest at the initial stage of pyrolysis. From 200 ℃ to 300 ℃, decomposition of non-covalent bonds and weak covalent bonds occurred in bituminous coal, which leads to the less volatile matter produced by pyrolysis. Therefore, the mass change is small in this temperature range. The pyrolysis experiments in the fixed bed reactor showed that the tar yield was as follows: SX (15.81 wt%) 〉 HL (12.63 wt%) 〉 XJ (10.46 wt%) 〉 NM (4.32 wt%). With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the difference of coal sample composition caused by coal forming environment is the important reason for the difference of yield distribution of pyrolysis products.
