摘  要:为了深入了解煤自燃过程的放热规律,采用C80微量热仪研究了白皎无烟煤的氧化燃烧过程,对其放热特性及活化能变化规律进行了分析。测试结果表明:白皎无烟煤的氧化放热过程呈明显的分段特性,由缓慢氧化转换为快速氧化的临界温度大致为130℃。初始氧化升温阶段,放热量非常小,但随着氧化过程的逐步强化,放热量开始缓慢增加;煤温升至130℃后,放热量开始急剧增加。白皎无烟煤氧化升温过程中活化能逐渐增大,煤中活化能较低的基团在低温阶段发生反应并放出热量,随着煤温逐渐升高,活化能较高的一些基团也逐渐被活化并开始发生反应。In order to understand the exothermic law of coal spontaneous combustion process, studied the oxidation and combustion process of Baijiao anthracite by C80 microcalorimeter, and analyzed its exothermic characteristics and the variation law of activation energy. The result showed that the oxidation and exothermic process of Baijiao anthracite was obviously segmented, and the critical temperature from slow oxidation to rapid oxidation was about 130 ℃. In the initial oxidation and heating stage, the heat release was very small, but with the gradual strengthening of the oxidation process, the heat release began to increase slowly, when coal temperature rose to 130℃, the heat began to increase sharply. The activation energy of Baijiao anthracite was increasing gradually in the process of oxidation, and the groups with lower activation energy began to release heat at the low temperature stage. As the coal temperature gradually increased, some groups with higher activation energy were gradually activated and began to react.
