摘　　要：随着像东北、山东等老煤炭基地资源的逐步枯竭,越来越多的老煤企寻求从"提供煤炭产品"向"为煤矿提供生产性服务"的转变,造成煤矿生产承包运营行业竞争压力骤增,利润空间被严重压缩,如何决定一个项目的取舍成为难题,传统采用单一财务指标评价显然无法准确反映项目绩效情况。因此依照多维度原则选择生产承包项目绩效评价的指标,运用模糊综合评价法对项目运营效果进行评价,为煤矿生产运营承包项目绩效评价提供科学模板。As the Northeast provinces,Shandong province and other old coal base resources gradually dried up, more and more old coal enterprises seek change from ＂coal products＂ to ＂provide production services for coal mine＂ ,resulting in coal mine production contracting operation industry competition pressure surge, and profit margins have been seriously squeezed,single financial indicators can＇t accurately reflect the project performance, and can＇t decide a project fate. According to the multi dimensions and the combination of qualitative and quantitative principles, selects production project performance evaluation index,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the operating results of the project,provides a scientific method for the performance evaluation of coal mine production operation project.
