摘 要:水平井对于薄、低渗透以及小储量边际油层的开发具有其独特的优势,极大地改善油气田开发的经济性,提高了油气田开发的效果和效益。但在不同类型的油藏开发中,尤其是底水油藏,水平井面临的一系列难题日益突出,主要表现为底水脊进过快,导致水平井含水率快速上升、水锥严重。为此,通过研究国内外底水油藏的控水原理以及新技术,针对我国底水油藏开发所面临的技术难题,研制出了一种新型的AICD控水装置。借助CAD软件进行建模,CFD软件进行流体分析,通过数值模拟,该装置对底水油藏水平井的开发具有稳油控水的作用,能够提高水平井的有效井段,从而改善开发效果,提高采收率。The horizontal well has its unique advantages for the development of thin, low permeability and small reserves marginal oil layer, which greatly improves the economy of oil and gas field development, and improves the effect and benefit of oil and gas field development. However, in the development of different types of reservoirs, especially in the bottom water reservoir, a series of difficult problems are becoming increasingly prominent in horizontal wells, which are mainly manifested in the rapid growth of bottom water ridges, resulting in rapid increase in water content in horizontal wells and serious water cones.Therefore, by studying the water control principle and new technology of the bottom water reservoir at home and abroad, a new type of AICD water control device is developed in view of the technical problems faced by the development of the bottom water reservoir in China. With the help of CAD software, CFD software is used to carry out fluid analysis. Through numerical simulation, the device has the effect of stabilizing oil and water control in the development of horizontal well in bottom water reservoir, which can improve the effective well section of horizontal well, thus improve the development effect and increase the recovery rate.
