独立学院毕业生就业初期职业适应性问题浅析

摘　　要：独立学院毕业生作为高校毕业生的一个重要组成部分,他们的就业适应性与普通毕业生有一定的共性,也有其特性,通过对独立学院毕业生初次就业后的情况调查,对其就业初期适应现状、问题和原因进行分析,并给出相关建议。Graduates from independent colleges are an important part of college graduates. Their employment adaptability is similar to that of ordinary graduates. It also has its own characteristics. Through the investigation of the situation of independent college graduates after their initial employment, they adapt to the early stages of their employment. The status quo, problems and causes are analyzed and relevant suggestions are given.
