摘　　要：目前,"95后"已成为高校大学生的主体,具有鲜明的群体特征。在共青团改革的方向指引、对学生会组织发展新形势的把握下,掌握好"95后"大学生的群体特征,对推进高校学生会组织改革的工作进程有积极意义,也将更加有利于促进"95后"大学生的成长成才。本文将基于对"95后"大学生群体特征的总结归纳,分析当前高校学生会组织存在的问题,从学生会内部建设、工作开展以及外部形象的建立等方面有针对性地提出高校学生会改革的具体对策和建议。At present, the ＂post-95 s＂ has become the main body of college students, with distinct group characteristics. Under the guidance of the direction of the reform of the Communist Youth League and the grasp of the new situation of the development of the Student Union, the mastery of the group characteristics of the ＂post-95＂ college students is of positive significance to the process of promoting reform of the student union in colleges and universities, and will also be more conducive to the promotion of the ＂post-95＂ College students grow into talents. This article will summarize the characteristics of college students after the ＂post-95＂, analyze the current problems in the organization of student union in colleges and universities, and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestion for the reform of college student union from the aspects of the internal construction of the student union, work development and the establishment of external image.
