摘 要:研究髓突与颞叶脑回在冠状面上的对应规律,为影像学上通过髓突定位颞叶脑回奠定解剖形态学基础。选正常人脑标本,用广告颜料对颞叶脑回染色,作层厚6 mm之冠状切脑片,选取其中典型层面,观察分析颞叶脑回与髓突之间的对应性并总结规律。颞叶脑回所对应的髓突绝大多数为1支,极少数为2支。髓突方向在不同的冠状切面也是固定而且基本是对称的。颞叶脑回与髓突之间在冠状面上有规律可寻,影像学上可以通过髓突在冠状面上定位颞叶脑回。To study the corresponding rules between medullary processes and temporal lobe gyri and provide anatomic basis for temporal lobe temporalis gyri by medullary processes. Methods: Twenty normal cadaveric heads were transected into brain slices with thickness of 6 mm after dyeing temporal lobe gyri. Typical planes were observed, while the corresponding relationship between medullary processes and temporal lobe gyri on coronal sections was analyzed and summarized. Results: There was 1 processe for most lobi temporalis gyri, few 2 processes, with the direction of medullary processes being regular. Conclusion: The corresponding rules between medullary processes and temporal lobi gyri are obtained, which may provide data for locating temporal lobi gyri by medullary processes.
