摘  要:CPR1000压水堆核电站的LOCA监督系统,通过连续计算并将计算结果以数值、图形和报警等形式显示,能够实现对反应堆运行状态的监测,有效避免失水事故的发生。在国内新建的CPR1000压水堆核电项目中,LSS系统如果作为专用设备继续从国外引进,则会面临无法与国产NC-DCS系统融合、非冗余设计无法满足单一故障要求、LSS核心算法不透明等问题。本文介绍了一种自主研制的LOCA监督系统,采用了与NC-DCS系统一体化的方案,支持热备冗余,同时对LSS核心算法整理、实现并充分验证,该系统在红沿河、宁德等CPR1000型核电站稳定运行多年,并推广应用到ACPR1000型核电项目中。TThe LOCA Surveillance System for CPR1000 PWR (Pressurized Water Reactor) nuclear power plant, which displays the results as Numerical, Graphic and Alarm via continuous calculation, can monitor the operation of reactor and avoid loss of- coolant accident (LOCA). In the new PWR nuclear power project in China, problems will arise if we still introduce LSS system totally from abroad. For instance, it will be hard to fuse LSS with NC- DCS System, the non-redundant design cannot meet the single failure requirement and the arithmetic of LSS is opaque. This paper introduces a novel LOCA Surveillance System, which adopts the same scheme with NC-DCS System. The main advantage of the newly proposed system lies in its supporting of hot standby redundancy. The core algorithm of LSS is thoroughly organized, implemented and verified. More importantly, the proposed LSS was used in Hongyanhe and Ningde CPR1000 Nuclear power station for years and generalized to ACPR1O00 Nuclear power station.
