摘　　要：在科技体制改革深入推进的背景下,农业科研机构科技论文评价机制有待进一步完善。文章深入分析了科技论文评价的现状与存在的问题,指出了完善科技论文评价机制的工作思路,总结了中国农业科学院开展科技论文评价的实践探索,提出了强化评价导向、突出农业学科特点、深化代表作制度等助推农业科研机构进一步开展科技论文评价工作的建议。Under the background of national science and technology system reform, evaluation mechanism of scientific research publication of agricultural scientific research institutions needs to be improved. Status and problems of current scientific publication evaluation were analyzed,and ways to improve scientific publication evaluation mechanism pointed out in the paper. Exploration and practice of scientific publication evaluation in CAAS were summarized, while advice to improve future work was proposed, such as strengthening orientation of evaluation, giving stress to characteristics of agriculture, deepening representative paper system.
