摘　　要：文章在对国内农业科研院所现代农业科研基地调研的基础上,分析了江苏省农业科学院的科研基地在建设发展、管理服务等方面存在的问题,提出了完善科研基地总体规划、创新管理服务机制、强化绩效评价、倡导制度优先等创新举措,以期提升基地的服务效能,推进现代农业科研基地的高效运行,为创建现代农业科研院所提供保障。Based on the research of modern agricultural research bases of domestic agricultural research institutes, problems in the development and construction, management and service of base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences were analyzed in the paper.Innovative measures were put forward, such as improving total planning of scientific research base, innovating management and service mechanism, strengthening the performance evaluation, advocating systematic priorities. This was to improve service efficiency, promote the efficient operation of modern agricultural scientific research base, and to create a guarantee of modern agricultural scientific research institutes.
