摘　　要：文章深入分析了江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地食宿管理的现状和食宿服务机制中存在的问题,提出了通过提升硬件水平、搭建沟通平台、完善管理机制和适当引入社会化资源等有效途径来提高食宿服务质量,满足科研人员需求。An in-depth analysis of the present situation and existing problems in the mechanism of accommodation and service in the Liuhe Animal Science Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences was made in the paper. And it was proposed to improve the quality of accommodation and service and meet requirement of technician by upgrading hardware level, building communication platform, improving management mechanism and appropriately introducing socialization resources.
